If you find a tenant first we will tear up our agreement. You only pay if we
are able to fill your vacancy with a quality tenant. Included in our marketing
is a free yard sign, website listing, upgraded interactive Craigslist posting,
upload your listing to 15 top ranked rental websites. We can also provide leases,
disclosures, tenant screening, lockbox, flyers, e flyers, QR reader
codes, qualified staff to screen and interact with clients, we meet with clients
at property providing security to the owner.
Our success fee is 60% of one
months rent.
We also offer Property Management if you prefer to have the experts at 8z Rentals oversee your property, so you can relax and leave the details to us.
