Through your AppFolio Resident's portal, you can securely pay rent online at any time of day, view past payment history, submit notice to renew or vacate, purchase and document renters insurance coverage, download copies of your lease, and other important documents.

Report Emergency Maintenance


For emergencies any time of day, call 303-563-4104 and follow prompts to be connected with our emergency service. 


Examples of Maintenance Emergencies:


  • No heat/insufficient heat in cold weather.
  • Air Conditioning malfunction (if outside temperature is over 85 degrees)
  • Major plumbing problems (i.e. leaks, broken pipes, hot water heater malfunctions, sewer backup, unusable toilet, etc.)
  • Fridge or stovetop failure
  • Extensive electrical shortage or failure (after checking with utility provider regarding service disruptions)
  • Carbon Monoxide or smoke detector alarms, gas leaks or smell of natural gas in homes with gas fireplaces or other appliances. Call the fire department or your utility provider before calling 8z’s emergency line. Make sure the safety shut-off valve, usually located next to or behind the appliance, is shut off.   • In the case of a life-threatening emergency, such as a fire, please call 911 first, then contact the 8z Rentals at 303-563-4104.
